I've tried a Cal/Mag pill in the past, but didn't notice much. Is there a particular brand or amount you'd recomomend? I'd be willing to try it again. I've never taken Potassium or Zinc alone, just in a multi. Again, brand and amount advice appreciated.

I thought the study...The study I had read about Inositol said it had good results for panic disorder/attacks. I didn't know it was activating. It's good to get that feedback. I'll look into the Lecithin; I know I read about that on here once before.

I've taken those. Yes, they are very soothing whe my stomach is upset. Perhaps I'll try again.

Sigh. That seems to be the way my life is headed too. I've been on meds in the past, but would like to manage my GAD without them. However, so far, nothing has worked better than SSRIs, despite their hateful side effects.

Anyway, j, thanks for the feedback.
