You can go "cold turkey" if you want, but be prepared to either possibly experience withdrawal or be willing to go back to a slower tapering schedule to avoid the symptoms, if you even get any. Thanks so much for your reply. You have "demystified" it for me - I have a lot of respect for drugs and what they can do to/for a person (maybe it borders on fear), so generally I try to be very careful with something I've been on this long....I think at this point then I will go "cold turkey" and then if I begin to feel really as though I can't function, take another one. I took it twice a day for the first 4 months, then went down to once a day - yes, I only have the 150 mgs. Thanks so much for your input.
