The Anti-Aging Directory magazine (Volume 2, Issue 3) recommends the following combinations (I only copied the ones that I thought would be of most interest to fellow PBers):
~~Anxiety and Stress
1. DHEA 7-keto: 12.5mg to 50mg daily in the morning.
2. Gerovital-H3: 100mg to 200mg daily in the morning on an empty stomach.
3. Pregnenolone: 25mg to 100mg two or three times daily.
4. Picamilone: 50mg one to three times daily.
5. Gamalate B6: 250mg to 500mg one to three times daily.
6. Nutritional Support: Magnesium 100mg to 200mg two or three times daily; B-Complex vitamins; Chamomile tea or extracts as desired.~~Attention and Vigilance
1. Deprenyl: 1mg, 2mg, or 3mg daily.
2. Vinpocetine: 5mg two or three times daily.
3. Acetyl-L-Carnitine: 500mg two or three times daily.
4. Pyritinol: 100mg two or three times daily (those suffering from rheumatoid arthritis must only use under the guidance of a health professional).
5. Modafinil: 50mg to 100mg daily (only use occasionally).
6. Desmopressin: 1 or 2 sprays into each nostil (only use occasionally).
7. Nutritional Support: B-Complex vitamins (particularly B3/niacin and be sure to include 100mg vitamin B1).~~Depression
1. Deprenyl: 1mg to 3mg daily.

1. Piracetam: 1,600mg two to four times daily.
2. Hydergine: 2.25mg two to three times daily.
3. Gerovital-H3: 100mg to 200mg daily in the morning on an empty stomach.
4. Nutritional Support: Phosphatidyl Serine 100mg to 200mg daily; B-Complex vitamins, particularly B3, B6 and B12.~~Sex and Libido
1. Yohimbine: For men, 5mg to 10mg on an empty stomach fifteen to thirty minutes before sex. For the treatment of male impotence, 5mg three times daily. Yohimbine improves erective condition and increases the amount and force of ejaculate.
2. Deprenyl: 3mg to 5mg fifteen to thirty minutes before sex. As a dopamine stimulant Deprenyl enhances the state of arousal for both sexes.
3. Testosterone Prohormones: For men, regular use of transdermal creams and sublingual liquids containing testosterone prohormones can help improve testosterone levels and improve libido and enhance erection.
4. Estrogen Blockers: For men, use of oral or transdermal creams containing substances that help improve the testosterone/estrogen balance can enhance tesosterone availability and improve sperm condition.
5. For erectile dysfunction: Viagra; For men, the famous erection pill is often used at dosages of 50mg an hour before sex to improve erection strength and duration. Avoid use if you are concurrently taking nitrate based drugs or have a heart condition. Uprima at a dose of 3mg taken sublingually fifteen minutes before sex can be a potent libido agent.
6. Desmopressin: This is an unusual angle. Desmopressin taken as 2 sprays into each nostril a few minutes before sex will enable the experience to be recalled with greater detail later! Avoid use if you have a heart condition.~~Sleep Improvement
1. L-Tryptophan: 500mg to 1,500mg at bedtime (or 5HTP 100mg to 200mg at bedtime, note this is OR not both together).
2. Melatonin: 3mg to 9mg at bedtime.
3. DHEA 7-keto: 12.5mg to 25mg daily in the morning.
4. Nutritional Support: Calcium 100mg to 250mg at bedtime; Magnesium 250mg to 500mg at bedtime; Valerian extract 100mg to 500mg at bedtime.~~Weight Control
1. Deprenyl: 1mg or 2mg daily.
2. 5HTP: 50mg to 100mg two times daily (thirty minutes before meals, avoid use with L-Tryptophan or SSRI antidepressants such as Prozac).
3. Thyroid: 1/4 grain daily (only for those with low-normal thyroid tests).
4. Metformin: 500mg one to three times daily (30 minutes before meals).
5. Acarbose: 50mg to 100mg chewed with meals.
6. Nutritional Support: L-phenylalanine 100mg to 500mg thirty minutes before meals (if overstimulated reduce dose); Chromium Picolinate [note: DON'T USE THE PICOLINATE FORM, USE POLYNICOTINATE] 1,000mcg two times daily; Fiber 10 grams to 20 grams (such as psyllium husks, apple pectin, guar gum, oat bran, acacia gum, etc.), stir into water immediately before or after a meal; Vitamin K.
