I'm not a small person (average height, weight), and 150 mg WB SR/day caused severe side effects, including shaking, tingling fingers, dizziness, light sensitivity etc. (not things I normally experience, and certainly not my imagination). Cutting the pills in half (to 75 mg) reduced this somewhat, but I still had these side effects to a lesser degree. This lasted two months, until I finally discontinued it. The side effects were gone within a day and I had no withdrawal.

WB works well for some people but can do very strange things to others. My current pdoc agrees, and wasn't at all surprised by the reaction I described.
