So sleepy during the day - can nardil + stim work?

When I began the Nardil, it was quite activating - in a good way. Now those effects have worn off - and while Nardil is still the best med I've been on in 12 years - I was wondering if in fact it CAN be used in conjunction with any type of stimulant?? I know of the hypertensive reaction - but I've read of docs using small amounts of stimulants with MAOIs with success. Can anyone give me any info? personal experiences?
I am going to have a sleep study because they suspect I have sleep apnea (but I DREAD having to use one of those machines to help me sleep at night - I'd rather have the surgery). At any rate - in the meantime I can't stay awake at work and no amount of caffeine helps.
Any insight??
