> Larry Hoover had some positive anecdotes early in 2002 through various online groups - but I only found his recounting his first 6 days of his trial w/ that supplement/adaptogen.It turned out to be intolerable for me. I developed major insomnia, which caused a real problem for me. I have some sealed bottles I'll never use. I wish there was an easy way to "donate" them.
I was using the Solgar SFP (Standardized Full Potency) product, at 1% salidrozid, 40% polyphenols, all added to 100 mg of powdered Rhodiola root. That was the same product that a corresponding friend of mine had used to achieve near miraculous results, including resolution of his own insomnia. My friend also found that most of his symptoms from PTSD vanished.

The herb does have a potent effect, but whether it will make you feel better can only be determined by "doing the experiment" on yourself.
I got mine at Hilife Vitamins and Herbs, who are on the net.

> And another thread, the NADH... (does it have to be Enada brand for best effectiveness?)Enada is the patent-holder and only source for stabilized NADH. Many companies market it, but it's all the same stuff (if it says Enada somewhere). I am of the opinion, that yes it has to be Enada NADH, but like I said, there are many such products on the market, and at different prices, so it pays to shop around.

> Ok, I've had too much coffee and nicotine. G'nite.I don't have any experience with modafinil. Just one point of caution.....separate your trials over time. If you let them overlap in any way, you'll confound the effect of one substance with another, and you won't have any clear idea just what substance is doing what in your body.
