Try lowering your dose of nortriptyline. I tried Wellbutrin and I much worse side effects than you're describing. Nortriptyline worked well for me until I no longer needed it as of 2 months ago. The antipsychotics also work extremely well for depression. I take Seroquel 50mg. at night.
