I had this same reaction to Wellbutrin when I started taking it about four months ago. Every now and then I still experience that pounding in my head and dizzy feeling when I stand up.
Are you still experiencing this symptom?

Some medicines can make you dizzy and faint, that how I get some times when I stand quickly ever since I started taking Wellbutrin. Especialy when I first started, there were instances when I would stand up just from siting and almost black out, I've been very amazed that I didn't pass out.
