Thanks guys, I really appreciate all the responses I got from my posting this afternoon. I am really hoping that things get better soon with the Effexor I am taking i.e calm me down. This is because right now I feel like I am more of a pain to my husband and family members. Sometimes I over-react to things that are of little or no significance. When the anger passes then I realize my reaction was totally unnecessary but I cannot take back all the pain I caused everyone. I really wish I did not feel so angry all the time or that I can control my reactions to normal things around me. Anybody have any idea on how I can calm myself down when I feel so tense.
