I was wondering if you experienced any night sweating from the seroquel? It sounds like you may be having some type of thermogenesis reaction to the seroquel or the effexor. The seroquel may even be boosting effexor. But I can't find any studies on seroquel and thermogenisis but there are light studies I have found that report some very basic information on seroquel effecting a persons weight loss.

The only thing I can suggest, if it keeps happing, is to talk to your doc about mirtazapine, remeron, as an alternative to the seroquel, or the effexor. Because if theres anything anything about Remeron it's that it makes you eat and sleep REALLY well!
