I wouldn't worry about Picamilon or duloxetine, in fact I imagine duloxetine may raise blood pressure in some folks, similiar to the way Effexor does.
He already has me taking fairly high doses of several amino acids (1500mg phenylalanine and 1000mg tryptophan) but they don't seem to help. I won't take any SSRIs because I tried Paxil a few years ago and hated it.
