Hi Mariposa:-) This sounds good~~oh no another thing to pork out on for me LOL Maybe my appetite will go back to normal within time. I usually binge when I'm stressed but don't when I'm depressed which leads me to think that now that I'm feeling less depressed, my appetite is coming back?! Prozac did the same thing to me!!!
I gained on that med.
Thanks for your support!
How are things going with you on the Lex???
take care> For me it was Chex Mix, or sourdough toast w/real butter, I couldn't get enough!!! And about the same time, weeks 4-7. For some reason sugar gave me either a headache or made me anxious/hyper. But I got over it and have only *binged* a time or 3 in the last couple of months (because I was upset or really bored, they triggered the eatfest).

Has anyone been having these symptoms with the Lex? I'm on my 4th week as everyone probably knows by now, and I'm quite disgusted with myself at the moment. Anyone out there relate? I'm not too sure what to think really.
