Once I reached 4.5mg/day, there was a definite mood-boost, increase in confidence, drive, and clarity of thought. Didn't cause any anxiety whatsoever. The only side effects I had were the nausea at the beginning and the narcoleptic-type symptoms that eventually led to my discontinuation of it.
