In reply to Geodon anyone?, posted by allisonf on September 2, 2003, at 19:48:00
I have N-E-V-E-R felt as good as I did as when I was on Geodon (40 mg taken at bed time). However I could not stay on it due to very bad uncontrollable involuntary movements that just keep getting worse and worse over time. I even tried meds to stop the movements but it didn't help. I then went on Seroquel with no problems but later wanted to try Abilify which did me the same way as the Geodon, giving me the uncontrollable involuntary movements that once again just started getting worse and worse. So I'm back on the Seroquel and I'm not having any problems with it, however I don't feel as good as I did when I was on the Geodon, it truly was life changing for me when I was on it for the short time that it was working good.
Oh, I also take Ambien for sleep. HTH.
