Concerta vs. Adderall

Hello,
My name is Justin. I went to my Docter yesterday, and i asked him to switch me from Concerta ER(72mg) to Adderall because Concerta makes me feel like i have to vomit plus i think it is making me sort of moody. But, as fate would have it my Phyc. called the house to schedule an appointment with my mom and she told the Physcrit. that My docter was swithing my medications to Adderal. as of now I am taking Welburtin 100mg, Concerta 72mg, and Ambien 10mg.

I also need to say that I did take a break form all the mental health over the summer. So what do you all think I should do I dont want to take concentra any more i dont think that it is helping me very much plus it kind of makes me an asshole. So what do I need to do?????
