My guess is that as time goes on, you will feel more and more depressed if you do not resume taking medication. You stopped taking Celexa at 30 mg. That is not a high enough dose for many people. When I took Celexa, I was depressed at 30mg, but felt very good at 60 mg.
I am now on 20 mg of Lexapro. Lexapro is a newer, more potent form of Celexa. Before taking antidepressants, I had severe OCD, SP, anxiety, and depression. I now have hardly any of the above.
I don't know about the dry eye problem. I know that Paxil can cause dry eyes.
