> 1.- Can I call this a minimal Hypertensive C?
> 2.- My doctor did not gave me any medicine in case of an emergency .Is this wrong? I heard some medicines on the net but they are not on the Mexico market
> 3.- What happens If you suffer an Hypertensive crisis and you dont do anything?? Is there a risk of a momentaneous death ??
> 4.- The higher the dose , the higher the risk to suffer a crisis??
> 5.- And some food I wonder If I can eat it:
> Sushi
> Canned food
> Mexican food
> Pizza
> Beans
> Ham
> is it wrong if I eat something frozen by days , like meat , chicken???Pizza's okay if it's made with non-aged or (most/all?) processed cheeses (e.g., mozzarrella)-- as most pizzas in the U.S. are, though not sure about Mexico.
Mexican food's okay as long as there are no restricted ingredients and the meat isn't spoiled.
i'm pretty sure sushi's okay but not sure.
Canned food-- same thing as said about Mexican food-- almost positive but not sure.
Beans are ok, as long as they're not fava beans and maybe (?) soybeans (though they may be ok, not sure).
Ham-- i do not know. i've been really curious about this one too.
Meat that has been frozen is okay as long as it did not spoil before or after being in the freezer.
Good luck w/ the Nardil. i started near the same time as you so keep me/us updated. It's been really effective for me so far too.
