Long-term Nardil users- question. Pleease?

Nardil is great so far. But i am really worried about tolerance (and "poop out" more or less) and bad future withdrawal. How realistic are these fears? Please don't try to be optimistic just be honest. Also, please include dosage, duration, and all that jazz.
