hello there. I always had low Blood Pressure too. 90/60 was my norm. Always enjoyed how a new nurse would take it twice, thinking she had messed up the first time. When I hit my 30's, my BP raised to 100/70. **note: in my 20's i had an eating disorder and had heard that it can cause abnormally low bp, by 30's i was eating normally, too normally** When I started on Effexor, I had to start monitoring my blood pressure carefully. It raised it considerably (or perhaps the stress at work raised it also).
I would keep monitoring it. What's normal for other folks is high for me. Don't know that it means that what I consider high is a dangerous level. But why take chances?
