NEW color confusion.

First of all I am not color blined. I can tell the difference between green and red.
However I do suffer from mild OCD. One of my obsessions is to name the color exactly. for example : salmon color, maroon, .
However no i get mixed up with the colors that I shouldn't. sometimes i am not sure if the color is blue or green. On T.V. I know an actor has blue eyes, but sometimes they sure look brown to me.
any advice? suggestion? diagnosis.?
does this happen to you or a perston that you know.?
