What are nk1 antagonists?

Ive heard there are several new drugs called nk1 antagonists being investigated and have been submitted to the fda for depression/ anxiety. does anybody know more? do they have effects on any of the well known neuro systems? (da, se, ne) maybe they offer new hope for treatment resistent people?
