Hi, I gained weight on Seroquel but I also knew many people that didn't. Have you been on Topamax? I lost some of the same weight you're talking about when I went on that and it helped my mood, not a lot, but it did.
Seroquel did wonders for me.
Good luck and drink LOTS of water!
