Yes, social anxiety is basically a lot like ADD- you know you have it, because you will likely have a strong desire to do the thing your brain seems to be preventing yourself from achieving.

Apathy, that's different. People with social anxiety, including me, have a strong desire to be involved in social situations, yet feel their anxiety prevents them from being "themselves" (or achieving their desires).

Klonopin works for me, I was just curious. Klonopin would be more civilized if I didn't have to dose it 3x/day at 1mg/dose... why not XR? I know its 30hr half life, but my doc was right about dosing, if I try taking it 3mg in AM I can tell midday it's not effective.
