I'd have to say it's the scary realization that I COULD be in grave danger if one day I needed emergency surgery and the anesthesiologist didn't understand the nature of MAOI inhibitors, or if I somehow found myself in agonizing pain and could not take any pain killer meds for it, since so many (all?) are contraindicated with Parnate. These are hypothetical situations and concerns about things that may never happen.
