For me, this worked great: 75 or 100 mg WB a day, and 5 or 10 mg dex a day. And it took me weeks to aclimate to this dose, after I added WB.
I could not take WB with Adderall (too agitating), and I personally would not recommend Strat and dex, as they both activate norep, no dopamine.
I had to stop the WB due to hairloss. So now I take 12 mg dex a day. But the WB really helped with fatigue and stamina. Dex leaves me wilted and worthless as the end of the day.
