I tryed Abilify for a while. It gives you a lot of energy with panic and no sleep. I was also taking Celexa, a similar anti-depresant. I had switched from zyprexa, anouther anti-psychotic that causes tiredness rather than insomnia like the abilify. I remember taking risperdal too, it made me very lethargic, so bad that I sayed on the couch all the time, and had too stop taking it. with the right dose of Zyprexa, which if you have not tryed you should try it, I was more mobile than on the risperdal and in my previous condition. But sedate which is better than nevous energy that gets worse with the abilify, the only success I hear on abilify is at small doses. But it doesn't sound like abilify works for him.
