WARNING #1: Only raise your Mirapex dose by 0.125mg every week, or every other week if the former is to rapid a titration for you. That's the only way to stand a very good chance at experiencing no nausea whatsoever.
~~HELPFUL HINT: Keep basil, spearmint, chamomile, aniseed and galangal around the house (Asian groceries sell fresh-cut galangal root; ginger is an acceptable substitute). Throughout the day, sip on tea made with 0.5tsp basil, 0.5tsp aniseed, 1tsp, chamomile, 1tsp spearmint, and 2x1" galangal root cuttings per 8oz. tea. I promise you, this is a superior nausea remedy. For a quick fix, aniseed or coriander can be chewed, though not as potent as the tea. You could surely also find anti-nausea tinctures, glycerites, pre-prepared tea bags, etc. in larger health food stores.
WARNING #2: Another very, *very* important reason to go slowly with the dose is the high likelihood of anything from mild visual/aural disturbances to full-blown psychosis due to dopamine overload. And let me tell you, that's especially not a fun state to be in when you're up all night horking your dinner. :-\DOSE: Your target dose should be 4.5mg day (1.5mg tid). I can just about guaratee you, Ramon, that a max dose of 0.25mg will have no noticeable effect whatsoever.
