I'm sorry Bellissima (sorry, couldn't resist that one<smiles>), but both one of my sisters and I put on weight from celexa. I put on weight from every SSRI I ever took. On a more positive note, it IS listed in the side effects that weight loss may occur from that type of drug, so maybe you will be a lucky one :) I certainly have heard that celexa is less likely to make you gain weight than paxil, and I can vouch for that....at least in terms of amount gained.
I do hope that at least you get a break from anxiety....
