210mg is ridiculous, that dose suggests something other than medication failure.. Any dose above 90mg, you are probably reaching near toxic levels and greatly increasing your risk for hypertensive episodes and interestingly hypotension, and numerous other side-effects.
Don't set yourself up for failure! Nardil is a good medication, and works @ 60mg for 95% of people at that dose. Give it time. Few (if any) people need +90mg
The one thing I loved about Nardil, as opposed to the SSRIs, etc, is that I was still able to experience a wide variety of emotions while on it. So there are days where I felt a little more anxious, or depressed, or happy...but gone were the days where I couldn't get out of bed because of depression, or couldn't leave the house because of social anxiety.
