Hi, I do know from experience that Wellbutrin and Effexor are notorious for causing anxiety in a lot of people, but others do just fine.
I've had the ringing you talk about. I'm on Lexapro now~have been for almost 3 months, I don't get any ear ringing with it.
Maybe you're on too many meds??
