What did you have in mind hegarding herbals? If it's St. John's Wort, it's not generally recommeded to take it concurrently with a medication that is a serotonin reputake inhibitor (as Zoloft is). It would be best to have a professional take on that (hopefully your doc is careful but not close-minded).

That's why I put the '?' by raising the dose. That's really something you should discuss with doctor though, I'm just saying that would be one of the options that should come up in a discussion with him/her.
I would get concerned if this develops into a pattern: raise dose, cravings go away, time passes, cravings return, raise dose again. That's why I think you shouldn't disregard the other ideas regarding a change in eating habits.
