I think there are some posts from awhile back about Effexor and Topamax being used together. You may want to go back and read if you have some time.
I have been on the topamax 4 weeks now, with no migraines. I am so happy, after an average of 5 per week this is good. My appetite is decreased but that is the only side effect. Nitro
