In reply to Zoloft vs Lexapro.. Please help, posted by Kristen_03 on October 9, 2003, at 11:06:26

Hi,
I am jumping in with my sons brief experience with Lexapro. It caused agitation and insomnia. He is now using 100 mg. Zoloft all panic attacks are gone and its a great improvement. Dr. originally prescribed Klonopin but it just made him sleepy and when he woke up he wanted another Klonopin. I have heard if you stick with Klonopin for a while it can be quite successful for treating panic attacks though. Every person is different but I don't really know if Lexapro is that good for panic attack. There should be plenty of forum members who can relate their experiences and make recommendations. Good Luck Dan J.
By the way I like Dr Bob's new photo it's very cool and Matrixy.
