That's ok, I took your first message to be supportive anyway. Thanks for your prompting though, I think that I'll call tomorrow and I probobly wouldn't have gotten around to it until a few months down the road if you hadn't. After writing my 'story' here I have started to feel a lot better out in public though. A lot of my anxiety went away after I read back over my story and realized I don't really have anything to be ashamed of and no one knows my history from looking at me anyway which is something I guess I was irrationally afraid of. I'm starting to learn that some of my mannerisms are actually nervous habits that I've picked up and I create them, not other people, so I can keep them from happening. I guess it all stems from my paranoia and now that I'm losing some of that paranoia my anxiety is starting to go away. The couple of supportive comments I've received here helped me to break the 'darkness' I was looking at myself through I think. So, thanks =]
