Fallen Angel, you're probably very much like millions of other people walking around who would never admit to having "perverted" sexual fantasies. So be proud of yourself and be glad that you came here. Now, I can't get into your mind, but I'd guess that if these thoughts have persisted for quite a while, and you're having a rough time with it, you might have an obsessive disorder. There *are* definitely medications out there that counteract obsessive thinking. (Other posters would know the names of these meds). So you can try attacking the problem that way.
If you have a psychological problem for which counselling would be helpful, just be careful of one thing: the U.S. (and possibly other Western nations) have "mandatory reporting" laws that compel health care workers to report people who fall into the category of real or potential sex offenders. If you've done nothing illegal, you have nothing to worry about, but be very careful about what you tell them. Make it clear that you never did this or that, have no intentions of doing it, and don't mention the names of anyone with whom you fantasized having sex, since your own shrink could potentially turn against you in a worst-case scenario. I don't mean to scare you but I just thought I'd mention it
It's a miserable situation in the mental health profession, ever since the government removed the wall of once-guaranteed confidentiality between patient and therapist.
I'll never forget the time I mentioned to a social worker that I enjoyed the affection I was getting from a particular boy, and the guy interrupted me like a bolt out of the blue and warned me that if I were to go any further in the discussion and reveal anything about sexual contact, he'd have to report it. I was angry and shocked speechless. I wasn't doing a d**n thing with this boy that was illegal, but the incident caused me to deeply resent these horrible reporting laws. They only hurt the very people who need help regarding sexual preoccupations that the rest of society considers "perverted." So just be aware of it, in case you don't already know. I hope that a lot of other people will post under your message to guide you through this very difficult terrain.
