Hi femlite, yep~I'm sure you'll sleep good tonight!
I like what pdoc b said/did.
The Sx you described after 7 1/2 weeks, sound like either 1) bp I or II, or 2) caused from the previous meds (WB,TR)IMHO.
Sometimes docs use 2 benzos, whether in very low doses or not. 1mg of Ativan at bed isn't all that much~or do you take the whole '2x' at bed (2mg?)I had to take 3mg of Klonopin the other night. I hope that adding the benzo doesn't make you too tired. The doctor knows you haven't been sleeping, so maybe thought hey, this will help and gave you what he/she did.
Lithium really helped me this summer, I hope it helps you too!
Hang in there and have a good, restful sleep;)
you know you will!
Oh, BTW, I did that 3 day 'diet' you suggested. worked well!
Hang in there!!!!!
Best wishes,
Kristen
