Blood pressure

My blood pressure is still rising.. today 145/110.. From the time I was 16, it has always been around the 90/70 mark, and was this in August when I had my surgery. Ever since then though it has started rising and rising.
Nothing has changed in my life or diet (very low sodium already as I never add salt to cooking, and we don't use processed foods - I bought a 500g jar of salt in 1994 and still have two thirds of it left!!), I know I am overweight, but I always have been.
What else could be causing this?? (Oh, and no med changes when the blood pressure started rising, but did start Reboxetine last Wednesday)
