Provigil and Wellbutrin and Valium

I just started taking all of these:
Provigil: 200 mg
Wellbutrin: 300 mg
Valium: 10 mg 3x day
Lexapro: 20 mg 3x day
Lortab: 7.5 mg 4x day
My questions:
1. will the combination of Wellbutrin and Provigil make me "wired"?
2. I'm "supplementing the diazepam with Xanax.
Can standard urine tests distinguish between separate benzos or will my levels simply appear as "benzodiazepines"
