Lamictal,Neurontin,Lorazepam,Seroquel,Trileptal

Can anyone help me understand why I am on all these meds? I take 3200mg of Neurontin,25mg Lamictal,1mg of Lorazepam,25mg of Seroquel,600mg Trileptal and I also take an otc nighttime sleep aid. I know I have deep depression and seizures in my eyes. Any help would be good.
