Hey Im sensitive also to meds. I started at 5mg and went down to 2.5mg. I stayed there awhile!!! You may not need 10mg. everyone is different. It took months for me to find the right dose. I take 7.5mg and some take only 5mg. It got rid of my depression and panic disorder. What you describe is not unusual and at that dose things shouldnt get any worse. My opinion is to move up slowly!!! Dosent matter how fast you get there as long as you get there. Who knows you might stop at 5mg. and your problems will be over. No one knows what dose will will work for you. But your body will let you know when you get there.
