I felt lousy on Nardil and quit after only 1 month. Switched to Parnate and it quickly kicked in (like 1 wk for me) and i have felt really great every since. I think there are Nardil people and Parnate people and i am definitely a Parnate people. Maybe you are too? Good luck. Melodie
