Medication laws in the Netherlands

Posted by Questionmark on October 30, 2003, at 5:25:50

i'm probably going to stay in the Netherlands next semester (Jan. to June). i am also on Nardil, and have no desire whatsoever to off any time soon.
Does anyone know whether Nardil is prescribed there or not, and if not, whether it is legal to possess? Yes just about anything is permitted in Amsterdam, but the rest of the country does not compare to that, as far as i'm aware. So does anyone know? How about other prescription drugs, or prescription drugs in general? Are all those that are available and legal here in the States also that way over there, or not necessarily?
Thanks to whoever can help.
(i love Nardil, but man do i wish i could have tap beer. What a shame it will be to turn down all that European brew.)
