dosages will vary alot regarding of subject and tolerans.
I found 50 mg to vanish my SP and depression at the beginning of treatment.

some tell that high dosage of Zoloft will work on more dopaminergic pathways.
Im on my 4th year on Zoloft, at the present 200mg, and feeling fine. no depression, no SP, no anxious feelings and with a full spectrum of emotions and feeling operational :)
