First, ignore your friends. They cant possibly understand because they havent felt it themselves. Would you mind going over with us what meds you have tried and what if anything you have had some success with? As for your pdoc, all i can say that if you post here, you will become much more savvy about meds and diagnoses and may be able to deal with him on a better level.
