You're kind of "in the middle" as far as Effexor dose...you could try ramping it up a little bit to see if that helps. I second that emotion re: the bipolarity. That's where I seem to have ended up and am now taking Carbamazepine (Tegretol) and Wellbutrin. Have you had this happen with other meds or is this the first time?
