I am only into the 17th day of taking it, but I have lost 13 pounds, which I am happy about. It is also because I stopped drinking and have no appetite. I am curious as to what the deal is with others. I am 5'7" and am back to my wedding weight of 123 pounds. It is the first time in my life that I have to force myself to eat! That is the only se I like. Jill
