Have been on Lex since Feb., and there are others who post here who have been on it longer. Many of us have had good results.

There can not be any longer term studies as to harmful effects of Lexapro simply because it hasn't been around long enough.

Lex effects could be similar to Celexa, the *parent* drug, and that may be a better avenue of research as to long term effects.
