question about wellbutrin

I recently added wellbutrin to the lexapro for the same reasons as you described. I've been on it for about 10 days. I feel wired. I feel my limbs jumping in the night. I have a high heart rate. I have been having more anxiety. I also take buspar and neurontin. They help a bit with the anxiety, but I've been forced to take a benzo to help the anxiety, which in turn makes my heart rate normalize. Also, I tremble a lot. The benzo helps that too. Have you all experienced this? If so, will this pass? I do notice that my surroundings are looking really pretty, because I can see colors more crisp way.
