Need help quitting lexapro

Lex seems to work for me but I have one nagging SE. I'm not sure if it's the Lex or if something else is wrong. The best way for me to determine this is to quit the lex for a while. (I don't want to tell my pdoc about this experiment.)

For those of you who know how to safely withdraw from a drug, please let me know if the following looks OK.

Day 1 - 20
Day 2 - 15
Day 3 - 10
Day 4 - 5

Also, how long will the lex stay in my system after the last dose?
