A doc does a blood serum lab test on your blood to determine if your levels are appropriate for your age. And if indicated, there are testosterone-replacment options, including a patch of injection. But one should dicuss all cost-benefits of replacement therapy with an informed doc. In any case, it does no harm to be tested.
Brain fog, ED, and depression are symptoms of low levels, so there is a small chance you may be a candidate.
